Creating and leading The DEN Meditation’s Teacher Training has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, both personally and professionally. I am so proud to partner on this project with Tal Rabinowitz, founder of The DEN Meditation, and my co-creators and co-teachers, Chandresh Bhardwaj, Heather Prete and Scott Tusa.
The demand for and importance of properly trained meditation instructors has never been higher. As meditation becomes more than just a wellness trend and takes its place as an integral part of our Western lifestyle, we need more well-trained teachers who possess a comprehensive understanding of the many wisdom traditions, how they intersect and the art of communicating ancient practices to a wide range of people, in a safe, accessible, and modern way. Tal, Heather, Chandresh, Scott and I have responded to this need and are fully dedicated to creating the next generation of exceptional meditation leaders and instructors.
Whether you feel called to begin leading guided meditation classes by completing Modules 1-3, or you want to deepen your personal practice and knowledge through Modules 1 & 2, our DEN Teacher Training program is designed to assist you in reaching your goals. We have developed a rigorous and comprehensive multi-lineage 400 hour curriculum, designed to support you every step of the way on your journey. Our program is spread out over 3 modules and 3 months, with each module building on the previous one to ensure that you are developing the necessary skills to teach meditation in a wide variety of contexts. Upon completion of the program, you will receive a DEN Masters Certificate and be granted permission to teach a range of meditation practices.
