Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ is a powerful Tantric meditation technique that helps us learn how to let go, heal and accelerate self-transformation. We release our identification with the thinking mind, and move beyond, accessing the deepest layers of our consciousness. Through this effortless process, we release limiting beliefs, create new patterns of behavior and move towards greater emotional balance. In this workshop, we will explore Yoga Nidra as a practice of self-discovery through conscious intention setting and journaling, so we can begin to access our highest potential.
