Yoga Nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ is often thought of as a deep relaxation technique, but in fact, it is a powerful Tantric meditation designed to guide you to a blissful experience of oneness. Experience the effortless awakening and transformation of consciousness in this special Yoga Nidra series at Tantris Center for Yogic Science.
This is a beginner-friendly introduction to the practice and is suitable for all levels of fitness and meditation experience.
In addition to a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating 45 minute Yoga Nidra practice, these 2 hour workshops will include calming gentle yoga postures, breathwork and a comprehensive introduction to this healing meditation, focused on how you can gain everything by letting go.
