    A Digital Wellness session is a standalone, single-session offering using practical, applicable, mindfulness based strategies to prevent burnout, decrease stress, navigate Zoom fatigue, and manage distractions.

    Midday Reboot

    Midday Reboot sessions are offered during the workday to prevent burnout, improve mood, and increase afternoon energy & focus. Sessions include a guided deep relaxation meditation called Yoga Nidra or a mindfulness practice.
