Self-Inquiry Sessions

Through Human Design based coaching sessions, you’ll release what’s blocking you and find your path to purpose, satisfaction, and success. We’ll tackle fun stuff like self-destructive patterns, should-based thinking, emotional reactivity, imposter syndrome, compare and despair, and relationship stuff.

We’ll get all up in there - and we’ll have fun doing it!! You’ll shift key mindsets and behaviors to feel less stressed, more balanced, and more connected to intuition and inner wisdom in daily life.

Awaken to the joy and freedom that arise when you truly embrace the full expression of your most authentic self.

* Please note, sessions use Human Design as a foundation. This gives us a shared framework and a clear starting point to determine where you are now - and where you’re going. 🤗

If you haven’t had a Human Design reading, but you have a basic understanding of your design, let’s do this! Otherwise, I strongly suggest booking a Foundational HD Reading with me prior to beginning Self-Inquiry Sessions.

What Sessions Will Be Like

With your choice of a 3 or 6 month package, we’ll meet twice a month for 60-75 minute sessions over Zoom. Sessions will be primarily discussion based, but may include meditation & contemplative practices.

You’ll integrate insights from your Human Design chart to find greater self-awareness, deep self-acceptance, and energetic balance, so you can improve your decision-making, create more ease in your relationships, and learn to trust your body, your intuition and your heart - rather than your mind. The 6 month package may also include Gene Key contemplations to provide an even deeper understanding of your life path.

You’ll receive custom journal prompts and practice recommendations tailored to your unique gifts, challenges, and goals.

Between sessions, we’ll be in touch via email and Voxer. Combined with your home practice, this will create a supportive structure for our work together.

    THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:

    • you have been on this path for a while and you have the time and space in your life to go a little deeper

    • you want to learn more about your Human Design and how to leverage your energy to create the life you want

    • you want some support navigating a few key challenges. Examples include making better decisions, shifting patterns in relationships, overthinking, difficulty managing emotions, releasing self-judgment, and connecting to intuition.

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    • Six 60-75 minute sessions on Zoom, scheduled twice a month.

    • Voxer and email access (within reason), so we can stay connected through the month.

    • Customized journal prompts

    • Recommendations for rituals and home practice, specific to your energy type and unique gifts and challenges.

    3 month packages expire after 5 months.

  • 6 month package

    THIS PACKAGE IS FOR YOU IF:

    • you’re new to self-inquiry and Human Design and want plenty of support and space held.

    • you’re actively ‘de-conditioning’ and want to systematically address areas of conditioning you’ve internalized.

    • you’re ready to step into your purpose and need support to stay clear and aligned with your goals

    • you’re ready to shift a number of behaviors. Examples include making better decisions, shifting patterns in relationships, overthinking, difficulty managing emotions, releasing self-judgment, and connecting to intuition.

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    • Twelve 60-75 minute sessions on Zoom, scheduled twice a month.

    • Voxer and email access (within reason), so we can stay connected through the month.

    • Customized journal prompts

    • Recommendations for rituals and home practice, specific to your energy type and unique gifts and challenges.

    6 month packages expire after 8 months.

How I’ll Enter the Space

My intention for our work together is to create a safe, supportive space to help you shift your mindset, change behaviors, release negative self-talk, and cultivate self-love. My deepest desire is for you to create greater harmony in your outer and inner life, and embrace the epicness that is your unique genius. 🙌🏼

Entering the space as an intuitive, a guide, and a spiritual friend, I will show up with joy, wisdom, and love to support you in getting to know yourself on a deep level. I’ll offer guidance and inspiration, with the clear intention to be in service to your highest good. I’ll be vigilant as to any potential projections either of us may hold.

FAQs

  • Awesome! I’m not trying to extract the maximum amount of money from you.

    If you’ve already had a reading, and you understand your chart and know what you’d like to focus on, email me to get started.

    But if you’ve had a reading and it didn’t really sink in - I do recommend booking a reading with me.

    Otherwise, we’ll spend the bulk of your first session going over the details of your chart and getting clear on our direction for the next 3-6 months. You can book a reading here!

  • While Human Design provides practical action steps for daily life, the Gene Keys offer a contemplative path of exploration.

    Based in Human Design, the Gene Keys are a complementary path to profound wisdom.

    The Gene Keys are a deeply personal journey, so I have no interest in providing any guidance or insights here - but I am happy to present concepts for your consideration.

  • Because I want to make sure you prioritize this work.

    5 months for 3 month packages and 8 months for 6 month packages provides just enough wiggle room in case of major scheduling difficulties or life events.

    Any more than that - and we will lose our flow. Thanks for understanding!

  • Because when I work with folks weekly, there’s not always enough time in a week to implement the action steps we discussed. Sometimes this can trigger shame and avoidance. Which leads to cancellations.

    Otherwise, the session is unfocused and unnecessary - and we don’t make any progress.

    Also - when I work with folks weekly, sometimes I end up feeling like a therapist, getting into the minutiae of daily life…and that doesn’t play to my gifts - or qualifications.

  • If it’s a good fit and you’re making breakthroughs and feeling inspired - of course we can keep working together!

    I’d love that.

    However, if you aren’t consciously taking steps to move forward after 6 months - and you want me to keep taking your money - I am definitely NOT down with that.

  • We’ll talk :)

    If you’re going through a major life change (for example, changing careers or starting/ending a relationship), it might really be supportive to work together more than once a month.

    I suggest starting with a 6 month package, and we’ll take it from there!
