In my last blog post, I shared a little bit about my history with insomnia. Lately, it hasn’t been too bad. In fact, this past year, I’ve only had one or two short ‘insomnia periods!’ Part of this is MIGHT be because I maintain a pretty awesome bedtime routine. Or maybe I’m just becoming one of those chill people. Hard to say.

Now, if you get stressed out at the idea of having a whole multi-step bedtime routine – I totally hear you. Try just doing ONE of the things! When we have an all-or-nothing attitude around self-care, we end up heading down Self-Sabotage Lane. It is definitely preferable to do one thing consistently, rather than three things inconsistently.
