Hilary is the best!! I had the pleasure of meeting Hilary as a guest teacher during my 200 hour YTT. I was hoping that sometime down the road - I’d be able to take her training. This past fall the stars finally aligned, and it did not disappoint!! The entire training was wonderful, and I left feeling confident and ready to share this beautiful practice. Hilary’s passion for Nidra comes through in everything she does, and the community she has created is an incredible one to be a part of. Not only have I gained an incredible teacher and mentor, but a friend as well :) if you are thinking of taking any training she offers - do yourself a favor and jump in!! You won’t regret it!
