As we approach the holidays and the final weeks of 2024, indulge in different yogic meditation practices to relax your nervous system, calm and clear your mind, and increase intuition and subtle body awareness, including…

All are offered virtually to practice from the comfort of your own environment.

Why?

Meghan Kemp and I are both new mothers and feel like we have so much to share - but no time to share it. So we’re being gentle with ourselves and coming together to share the workload and bring you a series of 8 classes over 4 weeks, alternating teaching slots. We may have to swap things around - because babies - but meditation is all about adaptability and acceptance, so you’ll understand! :)

How much?

This series is priced VERY affordably at $120 and includes streaming access to all the recordings, through the end of December.
